“Just to know that I got the scholarship, I feel very heartened by it. I’m honored to carry on Joey Embry’s legacy. I always try to do my best here at Ole Miss. -Lori Wilson

I was also honored to be the 2017 Joey Embry Scholarship recipient, created in memory of a UM football player. Just to know that I got the scholarship, I feel very heartened by it. I’m proud to carry on Joey Embry’s legacy. I always try to do my best here at Ole Miss. I’m grateful to receive the scholarship. I understand its gravity.
